Who is Niko?
Niko (Nick Poulios) was Born and raised in Athens-Greece, studied the classical Greek and world history, the philosophy of Socrates and Plato, architecture and medicine. Niko loves archeology, space-science, the Einstein and Hawking theories of expanding universe, etc.
Niko was lead singer for a rock band in Greece called "The Jaguars".
The Jaguars appeared in numerous top clubs in Athens, including "On the Rocks", "Delta", etc., and several outdoors concerts. The Jaguars also appeared on Greek television.
Post Jaguars, Niko moved to the US and studied art, economics, health and medical research; specialties are in HIV-AIDS, HCV, Influenza, CAP-AOM-COPD, sepsis and currently working on genetic disorders, such as hemophilia and hereditory emphysima.
Dr. Niko has 4 college degrees from UR, MCV/VCU, CUNY, including a PhD, and did post-doc work @ Harvard. He has published over 150 scientific-medical papers in peer reviewed medical journals...
Niko continued his passion of writing-composing music over the years and the current CDs reflect a compilation of music and songs, his continuous mission to learn about our origin, destination, love and passion...
